PHILADELPHIA (09/23/02) - Saint Joseph's freshman runners Ann Regan (Springfield, Pa. / Springfield) was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors announced September 23. For Regan, it is her third honor on the season. Regan led the way for the Hawks as the Crimson and Gray won the Colonial Invitation at William and Mary. The rookie ran a 18:49 to distance herself from the second place finisher by 20 seconds. She finished first of 85-runners on the 5K course, as SJU defeated regional power William and Mary by 20 points.
