Saint Joseph's Announces 2012 Men's and Women's Cross Country Schedule

PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's men's cross country head coach Mike Glavin and women's cross country head coach Kevin Quinn have announced the 2012 schedule in which the Hawks will compete in five tournaments on the road.

The teams will kick off their 2012 season with three consecutive Saturday tournaments in Rosedale Park, N.J., State College, Pa., and Newark, Del. as they compete at the Rider Invitational (Sept. 1), Harry Groves Invitational (Sept. 8), and Delaware Invitational (Sept. 15).

The Hawks will close out the month of September at the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, Pa (Sept. 28) before concluding the regular season at the Princeton Invitational in Princeton, N.J. (Oct. 13).

Philadelphia will be the site of the 2012 Atlantic 10 Championships (Oct. 27). The NCAA Regionals will be held in State College (Nov. 9) while the IC4A Championships, which will take place in New York, N.Y., and NCAA Championships, which will take place in Louisville, Ky., will both be held on November 17.
