Meet Results

Pittsburgh, Pa. - The Saint Joseph's women's cross country team won all seven of its dual meets in the Duquesne Duals 5K at Schenley Park Oval on Saturday. Although there was no official team scoring, the Hawks finished with the lowest total score (57) out of the eight competing teams. Sophomore Maureen O'Donnell led the Hawks, finishing in fourth place.

O'Donnell blazed the course in 18:24, while seniors Jessica Di Cicco and Christina Morelli finished soon after in 9th (18:43) and 10th (18:44), respectively. Senior Aimee Chegwidden wasn't far behind, finishing 13th in 18:50.

Junior Kathleen Casey ran the course in 18:16 to finish 21st to round out the scoring for the Hawks. Lena Finucane and Kelsey Rose finished a second within each other to take 23rd (19:20) and 24th (19:21). Sophomore Sara Walker completed the course in 19:27, placing 27th.

Saint Joseph's competes next in the Penn State Spike Shoe on Saturday.
