Cross Country 2005: Competed in two meets for the Hawks...Posted times of 20:20 at Haverford and 20:57 at Fordham...2004: Posted season best time at Notre Dame with 19:54...2002: Earned All-Conference honors after placing 9th at A-10s (18:09)...First SJU freshman to earn All-Atlantic 10 honors since 1997...First ECAC scorer (18:33.2, 15th) since Christine Kane in 2000...Led Hawks in six of eight races she competed...Five time A-10 Rookie of the Week.

Indoor Track 2004-05: Did not compete due to injury...2002-03: Earned All-Conference honors after placing second in the 3000 (10:13.16)...Ran 5:18.20 mile at Navy.

Outdoor Track 2005: Did not compete due to injury...2003: Ran the 3000 in 10:37.72 at Duke...Finished the 1500 in 5:01.07 at Penn.

High School: State medalist in cross country...Two-time all Delaware County runner in cross country and track...THolds school record in cross country (18:46) and indoor 1600 (5:16).
