Cross Country 2010: Competed in two events...Posted a season best 6K (24:03.0) at Penn State. 2009: Competed in five races...Recorded best 6K (21:19.2) at Atlantic 10 championships...2008: Competed in six races...Top finish (20:16.4) came at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
