SMYTHE GARNERS LEAGUE LEADING THIRD A-10 ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
PHILADELPHIA (01/27/03) - Freshman Andria Smythe captured her league-leading third Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honor after earning a gold and silver at Saturday's Terrier Invitational at Boston University. She placed first in a field of 57 competitors in the 55m dash (7.20), qualifying her for the ECACs.
She also finished second, first among collegians, in the long jump with a leap of 18'8 3/4".
