SEVERAL HAWKS COMPETE AT ECAC CHAMPIONSHIPS
BOSTON, MA- Several SJU women's runners
competed at the ECAC Championships over the
weekend.
Senior Christine Kane was the Hawks' top
finisher, placing sixth in the mile with an NCAA
Provisional qualifying time of 4:52.70.
Senior Bernadette Speer tied for seventh in the
high jump with a leap of 5'6 while senior Gina
Bundy placed 11th in the triple jump (39'10 3/4).
Overall, SJU placed 38th of 50 teams.
The Hawks return to the track on March 25 when they kick off the
outdoor season at the Penn Invitation.
