PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's outdoor track standout junior Andria Smythe has been named to the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-Conference Teams, conference officials announced today.

Smythe earns her first A-10 Academic All-Conference selection. An A-10 All-Conference Team member, Smythe placed second in the long jump at the A-10 Championships. A member of the ECAC-qualifying 4x100 meter relay, Smythe boasts a 3.36 GPA in economics. Smythe is also a member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

As a team, Saint Joseph's finished eighth on the men's side and ninth on the women's side at the season-ending A-10 Championship son May 8.
