HAWKS WRAP UP FALL SEASON WITH 5-0 LOSS TO DELAWARE ::

PHILADELPHIA (10/23/03) -- Saint Joseph's closed its fall season with a 5-0 loss at the hands of Delaware. Two singles matches went three sets and two doubles matches were close, but the Hawks couldn't pull off the win.

Junior Michelle Savage dropped a 5-7, 7-5, 4-6 match at fourth singles, while freshman Erika Guers fell 6-2, 3-6, 4-6 at sixth singles.

In doubles, senior Pilar Glodzik and sophomore Nicole Morrison lost 9-7 at first doubles. Savage and Guers also fell 9-7 at third doubles.

The Hawks drop to 3-7 on the year, while Delaware improves to 3-2.
