PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team fell to Xavier, 7-0, Friday evening.

The Musketeers earned the first point of the match by sweeping all three singles matches. Xavier went on to earn wins at all six singles flights to earn the 7-0 win over the Hawks.

Saint Joseph's returns to action against Richmond this Friday. Match time is set for 5 p.m. at Old Dominion University's complex in Norfolk, Virginia.
