PHILADELPHIA - After batting .769 on the week, Saint Joseph's freshman catcher Erika Rosenwinkel was selected Atlantic 10 Softball Rookie of the Week for the week of April 3-9.

On the week, Rosenwinkel batted .769 over four games, going 10-of-13 at the plate with six RBIs and three runs scored. The rookie also smacked three doubles, one home run and posted a slugging percentage of 1.231.

In a doubleheader at Rider, Rosenwinkel went 6-of-7 at the plate, accounting for four RBIs, including the game-winner in the second contest.

At Dayton, she finished 4-of-7 for the Hawks, driving in two runs and added a run scored.

Saint Joseph's (10-23-1) returns to action Tuesday at Drexel.
