Saint Joseph's Hosts Softball Skills Clinics February 15-17

PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's softball team, under the direction of second-year coach Terri Adams, is hosting three skills clinics, February 15-17. The Hawks are offering a coaches clinic on Friday, February 15; a pitchers/catchers clinic on Saturday, February 16; and an all-skills clinic on Sunday, February 17. • Click here for the Saint Joseph's softball clinic registration form. The Saint Joseph's softball team will be conducting three softball clinics designed for players ages 6-17. This year's clinics will include an All-skills camp, a pitchers/catchers clinic, and a coaches clinic. Players and coaches will learn proper fundamentals of softball from the Saint Joseph's softball coaching staff, as well as the 2008 Saint Joseph's softball team. A special "learn to pitch" session will be offered in the coaches clinic. The coaches will learn "hands on" the techniques needs to teach your pitchers and/or throw batting practice to your team. The clinic, which offers low player-to-coach ratio, has limited space, so early registration is suggested. Players are asked to bring gloves, water and bat if available.
