SJU Women's Soccer to Host Girls' Soccer Clinic on November 29

PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's women's soccer team is holding a Girls' Soccer Clinic on Saturday, November 29 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Finnesey Field. The clinic is open to all high school aged girls and costs $75.

The clinic offers players a chance to refresh their skills, a small coach to player ratio (about 1:7), questions and answer session with Division I players and coaches, and goalkeeper training for those interested.

Players are asked to bring a water bottle, bag lunch, cleats (indoor shoes or sneakers are acceptable), shinguards and a soccer ball.

Tentative Schedule:
9:00-9:30 a.m. - Dynamic and technical warm-up
9:30-10:30 a.m. - Technical session with an emphasis on possession
10:30-11:30 a.m. - Small sided games
11:30-1:00 p.m. - Lunch and meet with the team, Q & A
1:00-2:00 p.m. - Tactical Session: Attacking in the final third
2:00-2:45 p.m. - Progress to 11 v. 11
2:45-3:00 p.m. - Closing
