A four-year starter for Saint Joseph's, Kaiti McCaffery returns to Hawk Hill this season as an assistant coach. Helping her squad to three-straight Atlantic 10 Tournament appearances, McCaffery etched her name in the Saint Joseph's record books along the way. The 2007 graduate finished her career second all-time in assists (13), ninth all-time in shots (64) and tied for 10th all-time in points (23). Posting the second-best single-season performance in assists (five) in 2003, McCaffery set a single-game record that same year with three assists in a win over Drexel.

A native of Langhorne, PA, McCaffery was a four-time All-Catholic League standout at Conwell-Egan High School. She graduated in May 2007 from Saint Joseph's with a degree in elementary and special education.
