Returning for her Fourth season on the Saint Joseph's staff is former Hawk standout Michelle Ford. In charge of the offense, Ford helped Saint Joseph's tie a program record for goals in a season in 2005 (30), while the Hawks earned a berth in the Atlantic 10 Tournament.

As a player, Ford finished second all-time in program history in assists (11), fourth in points (31) and seventh in goals. (10). As a freshman, Ford earned A-10 All-Rookie Team honors. Ford earned an elementary/special education degree from Saint Joseph's.
