PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's University Department of Athletics will celebrate the success of the Dad Vail Champion women's rowing Varsity 8 crew at two weekend events. On Sunday, June 4, SJU will host a farewell sendoff to the Henley Women's Regatta at the Robert M. Gillin, Jr. Boathouse. A reception will then be held on Monday, June 5 to commemorate the Dad Vail Championship at Gregory's in Somers Point, N.J.

Sunday's sendoff will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Gillin Boathouse on Kelly Drive. Monday evening's event runs from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Gregory's. The cost for each reception is $20 per person.
