PHILADELPHIA - The current Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse team joined forces with Hawks alumni to compete against alumni from Drexel, La Salle, and Temple at Temple University on October 7 in a city-style alumni outing.

"We had a lot of fun and there were tons of laughs to be had," said women's lacrosse head coach Denise Roessler. "Despite a cold and damp day, our alumni still battled it out like the old days. It was a great way for our alumni to connect with our team and take on old rivals. We look forward to next year's alumni tournament."

The Hawks will host Lafayette and Columbia on Saturday, October 27 in their final tournament of the fall season. Start time is tentatively scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
