Recognized as this year's Big 5 Most Improved Player, she also earned the same honor from her team on Thursday evening.

Among others honored at the banquet were seniors Mariame Djouara (Chris DiJulia Inspirational Award), Brittany Ford (Best Offensive Player), Amy Gillespie (Best Defensive Player and Loyalty and Leadership Award); sophomores Michelle Baker (Roosevelt Hunter Community Service Award) and Katie Kuester (Patricia Ryan Unsung Hero Award); and freshman Shelby Smith (Reverend Emory Ross Academic Excellence Award). The Hawks also recognized Rabbi Richard Libowitz as Saint Joseph's Fan of the Year.
