The Saint Joseph's women's basketball team looks to continue its home dominance Tuesday when the Hawks welcome Temple to Hawk Hill in the second of two meetings this season. The Hawks are looking to avenge an earlier season loss to the Owls at the Liacouras Center.

Saint Joseph's looks to continue its home dominance Tuesday when the Hawks welcome Temple to Hawk Hill in the second of two meetings this season.
The Hawks have won seven straight games at Michael J.Hagan `85 Arena and are a combined 9-3 at home this year.
Saint Joseph's is 21-12 all-time at home against the Owls, but have dropped its past three and six of the last seven home contests to Temple.
Four of the last five meetings between the Hawks and Owls have been decided by five points or less, including this year's game on January 16 in which Temple won in overtime, 58-55 .
The Hawks' defense is holding Atlantic 10 opponents to just 33.8 percent shooting from the floor (122-of-361) and have caused 97 turnovers in their six contests.
The Hawks have held a lead in 19 of 21 games this season with the exception games against Vanderbilt (11/24) and Drexel (12/13).
Saint Joseph's head coach Cindy Griffin earned her 200th career victory on Saturday. She enters Tuesday's game with a 200-152 record over 12 years at SJU and Loyola (Md.).
Saint Joseph's senior forward Brittany Ford earned Atlantic 10 Player of the Week honors after averaging 19 points and shooting 76.2 percent (16-of-21) in the Hawks wins over La Salle and George Washington.
