Meyers Finishes 6th at Paul Short Run
Oct. 1, 2005 BETHLEHEM, PA - Junior Teddy Meyers had another stand out day as the Hawks finished 17th at the Paul Short Run held at Lehigh University. Meyers earned his second top ten finish of the season, placing 6th (24:04) out of 300 competitors. Although he missed the A-10 Championship last year due to injury, Meyers is on track to make a strong showing at this year's championship. Senior Mike DiDio also had a strong showing in his first meet of the season. Didio finished 27th with a time of 24:29. Fellow seniors Joe Mohn (25:35) and David Masse (25:49) finished 135th and 163rd. Junior Shawn Duffy (26:23, 229th), and sophomores Will Rowland (26:00, 184th) and Rich Ryan (27:29, 284th) rounded out the lineup for Saint Joseph's. The Hawks totaled 515 points for the day with Georgetown winning the race with 123 points. Men's cross country compete in their last regular season meet October 15, 2005 at the Penn State National Invitational in State College, PA.
