THOMAS NAMED A-10 PERFORMER OF THE WEEK
PHILADELPHIA (1/12/04) - Saint Joseph's University sophomore Andrew Thomas has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference's men's Indoor Track co-performer of the week for the week ending on January 11. Competing at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational at the New York Armory on January 9, Thomas took first in the 400m dash in an IC4A-qualifying time of 48.65. He also ran a leg in the 4x800m relay that finished with a time of 8:09.45. Thomas' 400m time is the fastest in the A-10 this season.
