Men's Tennis Inks Three During Fall Signing Period

PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's has inked three men's tennis players, Matthew Glasgow, Michael Stauble and Nicholas Tuxen, to National Letters of Intent during the fall signing period.

The Hawk coaching staff covered the globe for its early signees adding a pair of international players. Tuxen, who attends Scotch College in Hawthorn, Victoria, is ranked #59 among Juniors in Australia. The 10th-ranked Under-18 Player in Canada's Ontario Province, Stauble attends I.E. Weldon Secondary School in Lindsay Ontario. He won four Provincial tournaments in 2005 and was invited to U-16 and U-18 Ontario Provincial Junior Masters.

Stateside, SJU also landed Matthew Glasgow. The Sugar Land, Texas native and Clements High School product is rated #20 in the USTA U-18 Texas Section's Super Championship Junior Division.
