DUFFY, KULINSKI EARN ALL-CONFERENCE RECOGNITION

PHILADELPHIA (11/13/03) – Seniors Adam Duffy and Andrew Kulinski were named to the Atlantic 10 men's soccer first and second teams, respectively, in voting conducted by the league's coaches. It is the third time that Kulinski was named to the second team in his career, while Duffy moves up to the first team after being a second team selection in 2002. Duffy led the Hawks in scoring (15 points) for the second consecutive season. The midfielder also led the team in goals with six and finished his career with 41 points (14 g, 13 a). Kulinski is just the fourth Hawk to earn all-conference honors three-times, joining John McIntyre (1991-93), Sean Vliet (1992-94), and Aleksander Peev (1995, 97-98). The forward led the team in assists with five this fall, giving him a SJU record 21 on his storied career. His 11 points this season give him 61 for his career, good for fourth all-time on Hawk Hill. Saint Joseph's finished its season 8-11-1 overall and 5-5-1 in the Atlantic 10. The five conference wins were the most since 1994.
