HAWK MEN SWEEP DREXEL IN SCHUYLKILL DUEL
PHILADELPHIA (4/03/04)- The Saint Joseph's men's rowing team swept crosstown rival Drexel in a friendly duel on the Schulykill River. Both the Varsity and Second Varsity 8 boats edged the Dragons by five seconds apiece. The V8 covered the course in 5:53, while the Second V8 raced to victory in 6:15. SJU also raced a pair of freshman boats with both defeating their Drexel counterpart.
