In his second year as an assistant coach on Hawk Hill, Rob Herzog returns the men's lacrosse team after a being standout performer for the Hawks from 1997-2000. Herzog, captain and MVP of the 1999 and 2000 teams, ranks fourth on the program's all-time assist list with 72 and eighth in scoring with 99 points. The Hawk midfielder was also named to the MAAC all-conference team as a junior and to the MAAC all-tournament team during his senior season. Herzog, a native of Maple Glen, Pa., served as an assistant coach at Dickinson College in 2001 before returning to Saint Joseph's last season.
