HAWKS ROUT WAGNER, 18-4

Staten Island, NY- Randy McNeill scored three goals, including the 100th of his career, to lead the men's lacrosse team to a 18-4 victory over Wagner Tuesday night. The Hawks improve their record to 1-6 while the Seahawks fall to 1-7. Junior Ed Walsh and freshman Ryan Madairy tallied two goals and one assist a piece. Wagner scored its first goal at the 4:51 mark of the third period as the Hawks had already held a 12-0 lead. 14 players figured into the scoring for SJU with five scoring two goals or more. Hawk goalkeepers Nick Leopard, Jon Raley, and Kurt Breckheimer split time in goal with three, two, and two saves, respectively.
