Philadelphia, Pa. - Saint Joseph's men's lacrosse fell to Drexel, 19-5, in Tuesday evenings match at Vidas Field. Mike Begg scored two goals while Griffin Ferrigan made 19 saves in net for the Hawks. The Dragons outshot SJU, 34-6, in the first half connecting on 11 shots, which quickly hurt the chances of a Hawk come-back from an 11-0 deficit at the half. The Hawks held Drexel to four goals in the third quarter while scoring three, including Beggs two goals, but the Dragons outscored SJU, 4-2, in the fourth for a 19-5 final. The Hawks return to action on Saturday when they play at Rutgers at 1:00 p.m.
