Hawks Tied For Sixth After Opening Day of the Joe Agee Golf Invitational

Providence-Forge, VA - The Saint Joseph's golf team is tied for sixth place after the opening day of the Joe Agee Invitational. As a team, the Hawks posted a two-round score of 296-287/583 and trail leader Loyola Collegeb by 19 strokes. Individually, senior Phil Arouca paced the Hawks on the first day, shooting a 74-70/144 to earn a tie for 20th placr. Senior Chris Reedma is one shot back with a first-day score of 73-72/144, while sophomore Steve Hudacek posted a 76-70/146. Freshman Cole Willcox shot a 73-78/148, while junior Colin Corrigan rounded ou the five-man squad with a score of 76-79/155. Loyola's Blake Ferguson holds the individual lead heading into the final day after posting rounds of 66 and 70 for a score of 136.
