Hawk Golfers 11th After First Day of Cleveland State Invitational

CHARDON, OH - The Saint Joseph's golf team stands in 11th place after Monday's opening two rounds of the Cleveland State Invitational at Sand Ridge Golf Club (par-71). As a team, the Hawks carded a score of 311-313/624.

Individually, senior Colin Corriagn is tied for 10th after posting scores of 75-73/148. Junior Steve Hudacek is tied for 37th with a score of 78-78/156, while sophomore Zach Smith is a stroke behind after shooting 77-80/157. Freshman Jim Ridgeway posted scores of 81-81/164 and senior Garret Basalyaga rounded out the five-man team with a score of 92-82/174.

The host Cleveland State holds the team lead (589), while Youngstown State's Ryan Stocke is atop the individual standings with a score of 140.

The final round begins Tuesday at 8 a.m.
