Golf Team Finishes Second at Towson Invitational

TOWSON, MD - Seniors Phil Arouca and Chris Reedman each tied for eighth place to help the Saint Joseph's golf team finish second at the Towson Fall Invitational. Boston College won the tournament with a two-round total of 577 while the Hawks posted a 586. Arouca (70-74) and Reedman (71-73) each carded a 144 in the two-day event to lead the Hawks. Reedman had a team-best 10 birdies in the two rounds. Cole Wilcox wsa 17th with a 147, while Colin Corrigan tied for 31st with a 151 and Bob Cunningham had a 161 to tie for 67th. Corrigan led SJU with 24 pars during the tournament. The Hawks return to action on October 2 and 3 at William & Mary's Joe Agee Invitational.
