Hawk Golfers Tie For Ninth At Navy Fall Invitational

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Saint Joseph's golf team finished in a tie for ninth at the season-opening Navy Fall Classic on Sunday. As a team, the Hawks shot 297-301/598 at the Naval Academy Golf Course (Par 71).

Individually, sophomore Connor Garrity led the way for SJU, tying for 20th at 73-74/147. Newcomer TJ McNulty tied for 24th with a score of 75-73/148, with sophomore Connor Hill tying for 28th at 73-76/149. Junior Tyler Kingsley tied for 50th at 76-78/154, with freshman Tim Summers rounding out the squad at 80-79/159 to tie for 67th.

North Dakota State won the team title at 565, while the Bison's Nathan Anderson won medalist honors at 138.

Saint Joseph's returns to action September 23-24 at the Joe Agee Invitational.
