AKRON, OH - The Saint Joseph's golf team finished in 11th place at the FirstEnergy Intercollegiate Invitational after posting a 302 in the final round at the par 72 Firestone Country Club.

The Hawks posted the fifth lowest score of the final round to post a three round score of 320-300-302/922. The University of Toledo claimed the team title with a score of 868.

Individually, freshman Colin Corrigan paced the Hawks with a final round even-par 72. Corrigan finished in a tie for 29th with a score of 81-74-72/227. Junior Billy Stewart shot 79-74-76/229, while classm,ate Seasn Seese finished with 80-76-76/232. Ryan McCarty finished with a score of 85-76-78/239, while freshman Ryan Barnett carded an 80-78-82/240.

Toldeo's Justin Bertsch won the medalist honor on a birdie on the fourth playoff hole.

Saint Joseph's returns to action in two weeks at the Penn State Rutherford Invitational.
