PETRUTZ TABBED AS A-10 ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
PHILADELPHIA (3/22/04) - Hawk freshman Adriano Petrutz has been named the Atlantic 10 Baseball Rookie of the Week award for the week ending on Sunday, march 21. Petrutz allowed one run in six innings to improve to 2-0 on the year as Saint Joseph's downed La Salle in non-conference action, 19-4. He yielded five hits and struck out four while lowering his ERA to 2.40 on the season. It is his second citation of the spring.
