April 11, 2007 PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's students are encouraged to come out and support Hawk athletic teams at four designated contests this spring. On Saturday, April 14th, the Hawk baseball team will take on city rival La Salle at 1 p.m. at Latshaw-McCarthy Field in Norristown. A FREE student bus will depart the Fieldhouse at 12 noon. Please RSVP to amanda.davis@sju.edu no later than Friday, April 13th at 12 noon in order to reserve your spot on the bus. The Hawk softball team will take on Rhode Island on Saturday April 21st at 12 noon at East Norriton Field. A FREE student bus will depart the Fieldhouse at 11 a.m. RSVP to amanda.davis@sju.edu no later than Friday, April 20th at 12 noon in order to reserve your spot on the bus. Support your Men's and Women's Lacrosse teams as they compete right here on campus at Finnesey Field. The men's lacrosse team will continue their quest for the MAAC title as it takes on Wagner on Wednesday, April 25th at 3:30 p.m. The women's lacrosse team will close out the regular season on Finnesey Field on April 29th at 12 noon when they take on local rival Temple.
