PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's golf team capped the fall portion of its schedule with a tie for fourth place at the City 6 Championship on Saturday.

Playing at the par-70 Union League Golf Club of Torresdale (6,609 yards), the Hawks posted a score of 305 to finish tied for fourth with Villanova. Drexel captured the team title at 288.

Individually, freshman Wills Montgomery tied for ninth at 74, while junior Ross Pilliod placed 18th with a score of 76. Sophomore Michael O'Brien posted a score of 77 to tie for 19th, while classmate Alec Kerr tied for 23rd at 78. Sophomore Richard Riva carded an 80 to tie for 29th, while sophomore Reed Winkler rounded out the squad placing 33rd with a score of 83.

Drexel's Aaron Fricke captured medalist honors with a score of 69.

Saint Joseph's returns to action at the Atlantic 10 Match Play on February 19.
