Hawk Golfers Place 17th at C&F Bank Invitational

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The Saint Joseph's golf team opened its spring schedule with a 17th-place finish at the C&F Bank Invitational. The Hawks finished with a two-round score of 305-308/613 at the Kingsmill Resort (6,659 yards, par 72).

Individually, Jimmy Bea led the Hawks, tying for 20th overall with a score of 73-74/147. Andrew Jaskel tied with Patrick Devlin at 71st place with scores of 76-79/155 and 79-76/155, respectively. Josh Webb tied for 78th at 77-79/156. Jim Ridgway rounded out the five-man squad at 92-83/175.

James Madison won the team title at 572, while JMU's Ryan Vince won medalist honors at 141.
