This offseason, the Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse program will individually introduce its 13 newest Hawks. With the departure of nine letterwinners, including a trio of starters, from last year’s team, this incoming group comprised of six attackers, four midfielders, two defenders, and a goalkeeper will add to a Hawks squad that is coming off of a program-record, 11-win season, which was capped by a run at the 2017 Atlantic 10 Championship Tournament, and will play under the direction of fourth-year head coach Alex Kahoe.

#17 Anna Seifert D • 5-5 West Chester, Pa. Bishop Shanahan • Interdisciplinary Health Services
Seifert was a three-time All-Ches-Mont selection, earning First Team honors as a junior, and a two-time All-Area selection, earning Second Team honors as a senior. The defender out of West Chester, Pennsylvania earned Bishop Shanahan High School’s Most Valuable Defensive Player Award as a senior captain and led the squad to 61 wins over her four-year career. Seifert played club lacrosse with the Travel P.A. Express Team and also competed as a USFSA figure skater for 10 years.
