PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's men's lacrosse team (1-3) will close out a three-game road stretch at Manhattan (2-2) this Saturday, March 4. Opening face-off at Gaelic Park in Riverdale, N.Y. is slated for 1:00 p.m.


Saint Joseph's enters Saturday's game coming off of an 8-5 win over St. John's on Wednesday. Junior attackman Chris Blewitt had three goals and two assists, senior face-off specialist Danny Manning went 11-of-15 from the X, and senior goalkeeper T.J. Jones made 11 saves to lead the Hawks to victory.

Manhattan is 2-2 after a 17-10 loss to Bryant, a 14-13 triple overtime win over Wagner, an 18-8 loss to Robert Morris and, most recently, a 14-13, double-overtime win over Hartford on Wednesday. Parker Giarratana fired off back-to-back goals in the closing minutes of regulation to tie it up before going on to put away the game-winner.
