PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph’s women's basketball begins a two-game homestand to cap the non-conference portion of its schedule starting Thursday versus Hofstra at 5 p.m.

Thursday's game will be streamed on the Atlantic 10 Network via a subscription or 24-hour pass purchase.

• Thursday is the second of three consecutive games versus Colonial Athletic Association opponents for the Hawks. Saint Joseph’s is coming off a 60-49 loss at city rival Drexel on Sunday and host James Madison next Wednesday (Dec. 28).
• Thursday’s contest is the first of two games at Hagan Arena as the Saint Joseph’s men’s basketball team hosts Lafayette in the nightcap.
• The Hawks and Pride are meeting for just the fourth time, with SJU holding a 2-1 edge in the all-time series.
• Hofstra topped the Hawks in the previous game, 75-62, on December 5, 2015 at the Mack Sports Complex.
• Saint Joseph’s is coming off a season-low 49 points at Drexel on Sunday, despite having three Hawks finish in double figures (Chelsea Woods - 14, Adashia Franklyn - 10, Alyssa Monaghan - 10).
• Woods is closing in on Saint Joseph’s all-time leaders in rebounding as she enters Thursday with 427 boards, just 18 shy of Ayahnna Cornish ‘07 in 25th place (445).
• Saint Joseph’s is currently averaging an assist on 66.0 percent of its field goals as the Hawks are handing out 15 helpers on 22.7 field goals made per game.
