PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's men’s lacrosse program will hold a free community lacrosse clinic next Thursday, October 10 under the Sweeney Field lights. The event will run from 5:30 p.m. through 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by the Hawks' annual fall Crimson and Gray intersquad scrimmage from 7:00 p.m. through 8:30 p.m.

Players of all skill levels from 1st to 8th grade are invited to play and learn the game from SJU players and coaches, who will guide the players through fun games and drills leading up to the intersquad scrimmage. This clinic will provide a great opportunity to receive instruction from the Saint Joseph's staff as well as interact with SJU's student-athletes.

Although the clinic is free, please register through the website in order for the participants to be efficiently organized by age: https://saintjosephslacrosse.com/camps.php.

Check-in on Sweeney Field begins at 5:15 p.m. Please reach out to Coach Meehan at smeehan@sju.edu with any questions.

Saint Joseph's will then face Air Force (12:30 p.m.) and Richmond (2:30 p.m.) the following Saturday, October 19, at Boys' Latin School of Maryland in Baltimore.
