THE HAWKS
• The Hawks led UMass until 2.7 seconds remained, with the Minutemen picking up the 80-79 victory on Saturday. Chris Clover led six Hawks in double figures with 19 points
• Lamarr Kimble was back in action at UMass after missing 10 games with a fractured hand. He scored 14 points and had three assists in his return to the court
Charlie Brown, Jr., is the leading scorer in the A-10 with 19.5 points per game and an 18.2 average in conference games
• Freshman Jared Bynum tops the league in assist/turnover ratio (2.5)
• This is the Hawks’ third straight road game and they’ll return home on Saturday to face La Salle for the second time this year. The game has been designated as “Senior Day” where SJU’s seniors - Chris Clover, Markell Lodge, Pierfrancesco Oliva and Mike Muggeo will be recognized prior to tip-off

HE’S BACK
• Redshirt junior Lamarr Kimble returned to action at UMass for the first time since suffering a fractured hand at Duquesne on Jan. 12, an injury which caused him to miss 10 games
• SJU’s captain played 26 minutes and scored 14 points, going 6-for-6 from the foul line
• Prior to his injury, Kimble was averaging a career-best 16.3 points per game, and has scored 20-plus points in four games
• He has posted double figures in 15 of 17 games played this season

SIX SCORERS
• Saint Joseph’s had six players score double figures at UMass, marking the first time that’s occurred this year
Chris Clover led with 19 points, Lamarr Kimble scored 14 and Lorenzo Edwards and Jared Bynum scored 12 apiece. Charlie Brown and Taylor Funk each added 11

JESUIT VS. JESUIT
• Tonight’s contest is a Jesuit Basketball Spotlight game as SJU and Fordham are both Jesuit universities
• The Jesuit Basketball Spotlight, which is in its eighth year, highlights games between men’s and women’s teams from the 28 Jesuit colleges and universities across the U.S. Other Jesuit schools on the Hawks’ schedule are Saint Louis and Loyola Chicago

HOT AND COLD
• SJU hit a blistering 66.7 percent from the field in the first half at UMass, which was the best of the season
Lorenzo Edwards and Jared Bynum were both 4-for-4 in the first half, while Chris Clover was 3-for-4
• In the second half, however, they cooled off drastically and ended up shooting 50 percent for the game
• Edwards finished the game going 4-for-5, Bynum was 5-for-6 and Clover was 5-for-7
