ESTERO, Fla. - Saint Joseph's junior Michael O'Brien tied for ninth place and the Hawks' golf team finished in seventh place at the FGCU Classic.

Playing at the Old Corkscrew Golf Club, O'Brien carded a three-round score of 76-72-78/306, while SJU posted a team score of 320-303-306/929.

Sophomore Wills Montgomery and junior Richard Riva tied for 25th place with scores of 85-75-74/234 and 78-79-77/234, respectively. Senior Ross Pilliod tied for 30th at 81-77-77/235, while junior Noah Henderson tied for 52nd place at 90-87-80/257.

Campbell won the team title by four strokes at 882, while Eastern Kentucky's Erik Lindwall earned medalist honors with a score of 215.

The Hawks finish their fall schedule on Saturday, November 10 at the City 6 Championship.
