Janelle Fritz has been named director of ticket operations at Saint Joseph’s University, it was announced by director of athletics Don DiJulia. She will handle ticketing for SJU's men's and women's basketball programs.

A 2013 graduate of Saint Joseph’s, Fritz returns to Hawk Hill after working for the past two years as the coordinator of ticketing and promotions at Villanova University. Among her responsibilities were to develop and implement promotional programs and manage financial reporting for the Wildcats’ Ticket Office. Prior to that, Fritz served a two-year stint as a ticket office assistant at the University of Wisconsin where she was the secondary contact for the Badgers’ football, basketball and volleyball events.

While at Saint Joseph’s, Fritz was a four-year manager for the men’s basketball team and worked as an administrative assistant with the program. She also served internships with the Philadelphia Eagles and with the Madison Mallards Baseball Club in Wisconsin.

Originally from Pottstown, Pa., Fritz received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from SJU, and is currently completing her master’s in business administration.
