PHILADELPHIA – The track at Saint Joseph's University was officially named the Kevin Quinn ’62 Track, after longtime track and field coach Kevin Quinn, and was officially dedicated on Saturday, September 23 in conjunction with HawkFest.

Quinn spent a combined 49 years as head coach between SJU’s men’s and women’s track and field and cross country programs. After an outstanding career as a student-athlete on Hawk Hill, the 1962 Saint Joseph’s graduate served as the head coach of the men's cross country and track squads for 22 years between 1966-1988. He added the women’s track and field and cross country programs to his head coaching duties in 1985 and wrapped up his 30th season with the women’s program in 2015.
