PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's men's soccer squad (6-10-1) will head to Yale (2-9-2) for the Hawks' 2016 regular-season finale this Wednesday, November 2. The non-conference match at Reese Stadium in New Haven, Conn. is slated for 7:00 p.m. Live streaming of the match will be provided via The Ivy League Digital Network. The meeting will be the first between the two teams in program history.

The Hawks have dropped their last five matches while the Bulldogs have lost four straight.

Saint Joseph's junior midfielder Matt Crawford leads the squad in scoring with 17 points on a team-best seven goals and three assists while sophomore forward Derek MacKinnon owns eight points on three goals and two helpers, including a goal and assist last time out against La Salle. Senior defender Mike Stuski matches Crawford in team-best assists (3).

Junior goalkeeper Greg O'Connell (6-10-1) sports a 1.38 goals against average and .721 save percentage in all 1560:44 to go with five shutouts.

The Hawks wrapped up their regular-season Atlantic 10 season on Saturday evening, but A-10 matches still run through this Saturday, November 5. The A-10 Championship runs from Thursday, November 10 through Sunday, November 13 at Davidson's Alumni Soccer Stadium in Davidson, N.C. and will see eight teams make the field. With nine points after A-10 wins over St. Bonaventure, Rhode Island, and George Mason, Saint Joseph's is tied, with Rhode Island, for that eighth spot. Rhode Island (9 points), George Washington (8 points), and Dayton (8 points) all play on Saturday.
