Internet sites representing local or regional media outlets will be provided credentials on a space-available basis. Social media sites or websites that sponsor "message boards" or "chat rooms" where people are able to post anonymous information are ineligible for consideration of credentials. Credentials will only be issued to those 18 years of age and older.
