Athlete of the Week Throughout the 2012-13 school year, Saint Joseph's University will honor a student-athlete with weekly "Athlete of the Week" recognition. Below is a list of the this year's honorees.

August 27, 2012 - Ali Yozwiak (Women's Soccer)
The Hawks' senior helped her team to a 2-0-0 record on the week, tallying a goal in wins over Binghamton and Villanova.

September 3, 2012 - Kate Mitchell (Field Hockey)
The Hawks' junior goalkeeper posted 24 saves over two games, including nine against 24th ranked Drexel.

September 10, 2012 - Jon Mazzio (Men's Cross Country)
Leading the Hawks to a fifth-place finish at the Spiked Shoe Invitational, the senior placed eighth overall.

September 17, 2012 - Jordan Martin (Field Hockey)
Leading the way for the Hawks against Siena, Martin tallied a pair of goals in SJU's 3-1 win.

September 24, 2012 - Andres Urrea (Men's Tennis)
The Hawks' freshman won the fourth singles flight at the 2012 SJU Men's Tennis Fall Invitational, posting four victories in the flight, all coming in straight sets.

October 1, 2012 - Kristina Eisenbrand (Women's Tennis)
The Hawks' freshman won the second singles flight at the 2012 SJU Women's Tennis Fall Invitational and advanced to the title match in the first doubles flight.

October 8, 2012 - Meghan Githens (Field Hockey)
The Hawks senior tallied both goals in SJU's 2-1 win over Villanova and added an assists in SJU's 1-0 victory against Saint Louis.

October 15, 2012 - Mo Hawkins (Women's Soccer)
Named A-10 Player of the Week, Hawkins tallied a goal and two assists in SJU's wins over Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

October 22, 2012 - Tim Lazorko (Men's Soccer)
The SJU freshman earned his second Philadelphia Soccer Six Rookie of the Week honor after scoring against Butler.

October 29, 2012 - Logan Mohn (Men's Cross Country)
Placing a team-best seventh at the A-10 Championship, the sophomore helped the Hawks finished second overall at the conference championship.

November 5, 2012 - Women's Soccer Team (Women's Soccer)
The Saint Joseph's women's soccer team earned a berth in the 2012 Atlantic 10 Championship, marking the first time since 2005 the Hawks have earned a postseason berth.

November 12, 2012 - Paul Szulewski (Men's Cross Country)
The sophomore led the Hawks at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10K, finishing 30th overall.

November 19, 2012 - Chatilla van Grinsven (Women's Basketball)
Leading the Hawks with a game-high 18 points, the redshirt senior spearheaded SJU to an upset victory over #5 Maryland.

November 26, 2012 - Ronald Roberts, Jr. (Men's Basketball)
Roberts averaged 15.3 points and 13.0 rebounds per game and earned a spot on the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic All-Tournament Team.

December 3, 2012 - Langston Galloway (Men's Basketball)
The Saint Joseph's junior became the 50th Hawk to surpass the 1,000-point mark for his career with an 18 point performance in SJU's win over American.

December 10, 2012 - Chatilla van Grinsven (Women's Basketball)
The Saint Joseph's starting forward averaged 21.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game over two contests, including a career-best 24 points against Villanova.

December 17, 2012 - Langston Galloway (Men's Basketball)
The Saint Joseph's starting guard scored a game-high 22 points, including 6-of-10 from three-point range, at Villanova.

December 24, 2012 - Chatilla van Grinsven (Women's Basketball)
Averaging 19 points per game over two contests, van Grinsven was named to the Gator Holiday Classic All-tournament Team as SJU went 1-1 at the tournament.

December 31, 2012 - C.J. Aiken (Men's Basketball)
The Saint Joseph's junior scored a career-high 22 points and added nine rebounds and four blocked shots as SJU downed Iona.

January 7, 2013 - Natasha Cloud (Women's Basketball)
Averaging 14.5 points and 5.5 assists per game on the week, Cloud helped SJU to a 1-1 record on the week, including a career-high 19 points to go with six assists in the Hawks win at Penn.

January 14, 2013 - Chatilla van Grinsven (Women's Basketball)
The Hawks' starting forward posted a game-high 24 points and 18 rebounds in Saint Joseph's Atlantic 10-opening win over Richmond.

January 21, 2013 - Langston Galloway (Men's Basketball)
The Big 5 Player of the Week, Galloway averaged 21.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists, while shooting 57.8 percent (11-for-19) from three-point range in two games.

January 28, 2013 - 4x400m Relay (Women's Track)
The SJU team of Katie Pratt, Jaclyn Kogut, Dannah Hayward and Marina Rufo set a new SJU record in the 4x400 relay event, posting a time of 3:51.09 at the Penn State National Invitational.

February 4, 2013 - Carl Jones (Men's Basketball)
The senior was named the Philadelphia Big 5 Player of the Week for February 4 after helping the Hawks to two wins while averaging 17.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.

February 11, 2013 - James Rodgers (Men's Track)
The junior led all Hawks with his first first-place performance of the season, clocking in with a personal-record 22.44 in the 200m dash.

February 18, 2013 - Jimmy Yacabonis (Baseball)
The junior reliever picked up a pair of saves and earned both A-10 and Big 5 Pitcher of the Week honors.

February 25, 2013 - Chatilla van Grinsven (Women's Basketball)
The redshirt senior earned her sixth Big 5 Player of the Week honor as she averaged 21 points and 14 rebounds per game over two contests.

March 4, 2013 - Langston Galloway (Men's Basketball)
Galloway was named one of 20 college basketball student-athletes to be named to the inaugural Allstate NABC Good Works Team® and Allstate WBCA Good Works Team®.

March 11, 2013 - Dannah Hayward (Women's Track)
Hayward recorded three school record-breaking performances at the ECAC D1 Indoor Track and Field Championships.

March 18, 2013 - Women's Basketball Team (Women's Basketball)
The Hawks captured the 2013 Atlantic 10 title with a 47-46 win over Fordham in the title game Saturday at the Barclays Center.

March 21, 2013 - Kyle Mullen (Baseball)
Mullen broke the Saint Joseph's record for career strikeouts, eclipsing the previous record of 212 in SJU's win over Temple.

March 28, 2013 - Dana Parks (Softball)
The starting centerfielder became just the third player in team history to surpass 200 hits for her career.

April 1, 2013 - Brian O'Keefe (Baseball)
O'Keefe hit safely in three of four games on the week, finishing the week with a team-best .812 slugging percentage and hit .375 on the week with two home runs, three runs scored, and seven RBI.

April 8, 2013 - Chris Hueth (Baseball)
Hueth was 10-for-18, good for a .556 average, over the course of five games. Those hits included a double and four triples en route to a 1.056 slugging percentage. He also posted a .680 on-base percentage after drawing four walks and being hit by a pitch three times.

April 15, 2013 - Kevin McDonnell (Men's Track)
McDonnell earned demolished Saint Joseph's 31-year-old school record in the 10,000m with a time of 29:16.01 at Bucknell's Bison Outdoor Classic.

April 22, 2013 - Dan Roark (Men's Track)
The graduate student won the 1500m at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational in a personal-best time of 3:54.68.

April 29, 2013 - Taryn Ashway (Softball)
The senior set a new SJU standard for wins in a season, posting her 25th victory of the year in a 10-inning shutout of Rhode Island on Sunday.

May 6, 2013 - Kyle Mullen (Baseball)
The SJU senior set the program record for career wins (20) and innings pitched in the Hawks' 2-1 win over Xavier.

May 13, 2013 - Dana Parks (Softball)
The SJU senior was named to the All-Championship Team after batting .500 and leading SJU to the title game.

May 20, 2013 - Logan Mohn (Men's Track)
The sophomore standout earned a spot in the 2013 NCAA Division I Track and Field East Regional Preliminary Round in the 3000m-steeplechase.
