Back for her fourth season on Michelle Finegan's staff is assistant coach Jackie Aronchick. A 2006 graduate of Saint Joseph's, Aronchick spent two seasons as a midfielder in the Crimson and Gray after transferring from Lafayette College.

Aronchick got her first taste of coaching in the fall of 2003 when she served as an assistant varisty field hockey coach at her alma mater, The Episcopal Academy. Upon her graduation from Saint Joseph's, she began her collegiate coaching career, volunteering as the Hawks' strength and conditioning coach in the spring of 2006. That summer she joined the staff as an assistant coach in time for the 2006 season.

After playing her first two seasons with the Leopards Aronchick transferred to SJU, where she broke into the starting lineup as a senior. She played in 35 games on Hawk Hill, making 21 starts, and notched four assists. She was named the team's Defensive Player of the Year in 2005 and also received the team's Vasquez Award for exemplifying the Jesuit value of being a "person for others."

In the summer of 2006, Aronchick represented the United States at the Maccabi Australia International Games in Sydney.

Recently, Aronchick completed her training and certification to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She also earned her Master of Elementary Education in 2009. Aronchick also partners with Finegan as the co-owner of FSC, a traveling field hockey club. She serves as the head coach of the Under-19 division at FSC.

In the offseason, Aronchick is a performance coach and teaches spinning classes at local gyms. She currently resides in Wynnewood, Pa.

2005: Appeared in all 20 games for SJU, making 19 starts...Tallied three assists...Recipient of the team's Defensive Player of the Year Award, as well as the Vasquez Award.

2004: Appeared in 15 games, making two starts...Picked up lone assist against Massachusetts (10/17).

2002 at Lafayette: Played in 10 games, including the Patriot League semifinal victory.

2001 at Lafayette: Saw action in two games.

HS: A 2001 graduate of Episcopal Academy...Three-year varsity standout and All-Area pick.

Personal: Born June 19, 1983...Majoring in psychology.
