PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's head field hockey coach Michelle Finegan has announced the dates for SJU's 2012 field hockey clinics. The Hawks will host a 7-on-7 Team Tournament Play Day on May 5 at Finnesey Field, while the four-day overnight summer camp will offer two sessions in July.

The Team Tournament Play Day will take place on Saturday, May 5, on the turf at Finnesey Field. Attendees will take part in 7-on-7 games and receive instruction on various facets of the game, including stick skills, goalkeeping skills, shooting drills, and much more.

The cost for the day is $40 per player; registration is open to both teams and individuals.

Finegan Sports Camp will hold two sessions this year; one from July 8-11, and another from July 22-25. The camp is a residential overnight camp open to players in grades six through 12. It will focus on skill development and strategy sessions but will also feature ample playing time for all campers. All participants will also receive a free t-shirt.

The Finegan Sports Camp staff includes players and coaches from Saint Joseph's as well as players and coaches from other Division I programs in the Philadelphia area.

The cost is $485 per player, with discounts available for registering before May 1 and for groups of 10 or more. The camp is open to both teams and individuals.
