Hawk Golfers Cap Fall Season With a Tie for 19th at Old Dominion/Seascape Invitational

KITTY HAWK, NC - The Saint Joseph's golf team capped the fall portion of their schedule by tying for 19th place at the Old Dominion/Seascape Invitational Tuesday as three Hawks tied for 59th with a score of 151 at the par-70 course.

As a team, the Hawks shot a score of 302 in Tuesday's final round and carded a two-round score of 308-302/610. The University of Hartford (569) won the team title by three strokes over Campbell University (572).

Individually for Saint Joseph's, three golfers tied for 59th in the field of 106. Senior Colin Corrigan posted SJU's lowest round on Tuesday, shooting 73 to go with his previous 78 to finish at 151, while sophomore Zach Smith posted a score of 75-76/151 and freshman Josh Webb carded rounds of 73-78/151 to finish tied with Corrigan. Saint Joseph's junior Steve Hudacek shot 75 in the final round for a score of 82-75/157, while freshman Erik Mitchell withdrew from the tournament.

Richmond's Jordan Utley earned medalist honors with a two-round score of three-under-par 137.
